Minerva Consultores is led by Carolina Campos, who has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Engineering, in addition to being a Certified Professional Project Manager.
Carolina Campos has more than 22 years of experience in managing projects linked to process improvements, quality, innovation, gender and environmental sustainability. His work focuses on knowledge management, the strengthening of technical capacities, the execution of consultancies and the implementation of audits in the public, private and academic sectors of Latin America. He has been a teacher at various public and private universities in Costa Rica. He is the leader of a team of professionals who will help you successfully develop the changes that your company requires.
